Fickle Fingers of Fate

Fickle fingers of fate They say "good things come to those who wait" but indecision leaves love dangling... in the fickle fingers of fate. Take control of your own destiny, grab the bull by the horns... and ride the back of what's meant to be. John Derek Hamilton January 08,2019

Inspiring one - absolutely love that ending line! Being decisive is tricky when one is faced with doubt and confusion--something I struggle with personally-- but it is necessary to make decisions, especially tougher ones regarding love, to move forward and meet our true destinies. Always, Laura

Some women will move on if a beau takes too long to express his feelings or propose marriage. Just happened with a cousin who got tired of waiting. Wasn't sure how many men would understand her feelings, but you do. Nice work, John!

Thanks Carolyn, it's a simple little rhyme I've been saving to use in a song, but couldn't make it work so it ended up as this. Glad you liked it! J
