Feelings Shared
She feels the whispers of the wind
so deep within her heart
and reaches for the pen
to make her feelings known ---
right from the start
With fingers wrapped around the instrument,
the tool held gently in her grip
upon the silky unstained parchment
does the ink so slowly start to drip
As thoughts begin to pour out from her soul
does this poetic dance begin anew
along the parchment stylus slowly glides
as uncontrollably, the viscous ink
begins to spew ---
