Prior to March
Sunlight streams brilliant
Streaked silver veils.
Periwinkles bloom in amber dew;
Glossy azure blossoms
Rusty vermilion.

Thank you, Chris. It was a surreal experience full of beauty and mystery to see. It's like 80 degrees here right now and feels like spring

Lots of beauty in this one, Phillip. Do the periwinkles bloom already where you are? It has been a strange winter here, so I would not be surprised.

Thank you, Agnes! I believe the periwinkles have a bit longer to wait here in Houston but I could be wrong. I wrote this this morning when i went outside and the sky was like orangeish red instead of blue. It was cool but kinda spooky too
