Fear Not Death

“Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.” Psalm 116:15 of the King James Bible

Fear not death, oh my soul Be ready to meet God Blest with His love and grace Assured by trusting faith Steadfast upon hope’s brace. Fear not death, oh my soul As Christ you’ll soon behold Toward worshipful flame Praise-filled adoration Exalting His grand name. Fear not death, oh my soul Ransomed by the Savior Freed from damnation-chain With divine sacrifice Granting eternal gain. Fear not death, oh my soul Since the Lord greets you home Welcoming with delight Midst commendation bliss Good works done through His light.

Thanks for sharing these wise words, Beata. The fear of death is the ultimate fear, even though we recognise its inevitability. Truly, as you affirm, there’s nothing to fear. Congrats on your win!
