The beautiful image has been the basis for some great poems here at Poetry Soup. Your poem, Jo, speaks to me of time, its passing, loss and the wonderful but poignant memories that you hold. I really liked the metaphor of leaves scattering. Congratulations & Cheers - Gary

Jo, this is a lovely poem about the empty nest and memories! The essence poem is, to me, rather challenging. Janice
