FAITH IN GOD WHO KNOWS BEST WITH HIS TIME
God knows best with His time for our winning delight…
So great is He in leading us to do what is right
Always upholding our faith upon His standard-height
So we can walk before Him in His light.
God knows best with His time for our radiant perfection…
So wise is He in ushering us toward sanctified transformation
Always refining our faith midst His purification
So we can glorify Him with praise-filled exaltation.
God knows best with His time for our prayerful choice…
So gracious is He in listening to us midst our supplication voice
Always straightening our faith toward heavenly poise
So we can abide in Him as our hearts continually rejoice.
God knows best with His time for our repentant soul…
So merciful is He in delivering us from iniquities’ hole
Always reinforcing our faith midst His forgiveness-role
So we can seek Him first along our servant role.
God knows best with His time for our revived spirit…
So mighty is He in pulling us from falling into vanity’s pit
Always empowering our faith against pride’s cursing hit
So we can depend on Him not questioning His writ.
God knows best with His time for our fresh start…
So generous is He in giving us our stewardship-part
Always increasing our faith against doubt’s quart
So we can serve Him along ministerial chart.
God knows best with His time for our divine zest…
So compassionate is He in meeting our request
Always securing our faith midst salvation-joy that’s blest
So we can live for Him while subduing trial and test.
