Faith and Time
My race seems to be endless
Endless but I still believe in time
God gave us time and it’s our duty to hope
Hope for a better future.
A minute ago is now yesterday
A day in December is now last year
Let’s have faith to face a fading today
And welcome a shiny tomorrow
It is my prayer that one day when the sun rises
It rises with freedom and Peace
The peace to be able to laugh out loudly
Freedom to point out the wrongs of the masters and appreciate the goods of slaves
