Fairwell Fairweather Friend
I thought he was a friend and I was wrong.
We seemed inseparable so much time spent.
When troubled times came it was a new song.
I do know that true friends are heaven sent.
To me friendship is a really big deal
We seemed inseparable so much time
I am not sure how I'm suppose to feel
This is a kind of hurt that cuts real deep
To me friendship is a really big deal
In my mind there are memories I keep
I expected him to always be here
This is a kind of hurt that cuts real deep
Friends are like our reflections in the mirror
We need them to see who we really are
I expected him to always be here
True friends are friends wether near or far
We need them to see who we really are
I thought he was a friend and I was wrong
When troubled times came it was a new song
