Failure

I once knew a gardener named Claire,
Whose orchard I tried to compare,
But I quickly knew,
The plums that I grew,
Could not match her gigantic pear.

Hello Judy... I'm not really a limerick writer, but I've been influenced by two blokes to give it a go... young Jack Ellison and John Wulf; a couple of sparks to light up my day. Thank you Judy - Lindsay
