Eyes Thru a Tunnel

no sky overhead, no oceans roar valleys and mountains are no more sights and sounds now isolated only the darkness has been created no passing lane, no exits ahead no toll to pay, no stopping to get fed weather conditions do not impact must drive on, no turning back no alternate route, no end in site no left turns, no red light slowing down will take too long keep the speed, drive on gas tank lighter, miles to go tires are hot, ready to blow flashers don’t light, horn is weak engine light shows, maybe oil leak cell phone missing, cannot text now you know, you’ve been hexed it’s been real, such a jerk just another day, going to work

The drive to work is never good. When I was in L.A. They called the freeway, the world's longest parking lot.

on east coast we park in the driveway and drive on the parkway. we have 4-5 miles backups everyday on our main interstate highway. all going to work. hope you have a decent ride now.. thanks
