Eye Saw Men

eye saw men
Eye saw pictures of the war eye saw men die for nothing more than a few feet of
shore.
Eye saw pictures of the men stepping on the wind losing life so precious for a
few more men to win.
Eye saw the men shooting other men making certain they were dead making
sure that no one moved.
Eye saw GOD in the men that died in the way they fell down and stayed down.
Eye saw men living in the rehab wishing they had not lived to come home.
Eye saw men marching all around me but eye was ever always all alone.
Eye never quite became the man eye never had a home to call my own.
Eye saw the men that lived and never ever called on GOD.
Even though the bible says not to be a judge eye saw men needing just to die.
Eye have seen men who only need to die to turn to stone.
Too many men have died for those others now to live.
Eye suffer much confusion for the art of poetry.
The men who died and left me are the ones who should have lived.
Eye wish they all could just come home.
