Exhausting Expirations

Our sour cream will soon expire Going by its expiration date What happens then, I'm left to ponder, Will going sweet, then be its new state? I guess then I'll have some sweet cream In my coffee I guess it can go But wait, has my coffee expired? Who knows these days, with GMO? Who wants expired coffee in their cup? If it's expired, then doe's it go flat? If flat, it might not fit in a cup Then on a plate, would be where it's at! So here's to the newest generation To the lot of you living the dream Enjoy your flat coffee on a plate And don't forget your sweet, sour cream!
