Exemplifying True Love
Exemplifying love of truest sense
Unblemished, immaculately perfect
Virtuously great with divine license
God through His care reigns in every aspect.
Genuine love, offered by Christ*, the best source
Grants pardon and peace … provisions so great
Along compassion's grace He does enforce
With righteousness prevailing in bliss’ trait.
Blest am I to experience Saviour’s love
Despite flaws, ensuing from sin nature
His eternal gift from heaven above
Transforms heart for kindness-sharing venture.
Vanquishing selfishness’ enslaving might
I’m propped to optimize true love’s delight.
*Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
