Ever Ending

Listen to poem:
Why wait 'til the end? Treat all experiences as if they were the last for you. Savor every moment, sight, sound, feeling, embrace, as you would on your last day, in your last hour. For you never know, It could turn out to be Your very last one, ever.

I contemplate this. People say, live as if it's your last day. By 9 a.m. I forget that it may be the last and go about my day. Then, I text my daughters to tell then how much they are love because something inside , some light clicks on. Seems as I age my light attempts to shine, nearly daily. And if I forget that same light tells me that I forgot. I want to be more in tune, as you say "savor the moment , sight, sound... ill keep the light on!
