Eulogy
Before you felt so empty inside,
All you wanted to do is die.
Suicide is the one thing you did hide,
Never showing you cried
To live is how you lied,
The way you carried yourself,
Was nothing but a lie.
Now you are gone,
We are here to say goodbye.
This is my eulogy for you,
Before and after,
Things about you we never knew.
I always saw you in laughter,
Not knowing something ugly inside you grew
You have ended your life’s chapter,
Suiciding everything you do,
Taking everyone on a big surprise.
Toward your neck, you held the knife,
Thinking it was fun,
You damaged your own life.
Then to your head you held a gun,
Closing your eyes with a deep yell,
Endings like that are for no one,
Now you are in hell.
Suicide, suicide,
Going on inside
Death to the world,
Is the thing, even dead you desire,
Your heart turned to brick,
And stones.
The day you set your house on fire,
Now you suffer in dark alone,
Burning in hell,
Your new home.
A eulogy for you, I tell,
Without realizing everyone you leave.
Does not understand,
How for you they will grieve.
