This was just a finger stretcher, nonsense like "REDONCULOUS DEMANDS". Read "PERSEPHONE'S WALK," "Slippery When Wet," or "Wrapping it in Purple" (if you liked Prince & can do a Rap cadence). I am adding you to my Follow list. Have not seen you either. Glad we are reconnecting.

To advise you on why you are not being notified by PS anymore, they have changed things for the better. Now all you need to do is go to Soup Mail and you will see buttons to click on. They include: " Inbox Soup Mail, Poetry Comments,Blog Comments,Replies."You just need to click on thebox you want. It is sooo much easier. Cheers, Connie ; )

I love your wonderful sense of humor, Edlynn. I can always count on you for a good laugh. So, I am still here enjoying your work. Thank you for the kind comment regarding my poem, 'The Silence of Music'. I wrote it from a father's point of view because I have a son and my granddaughter is autistic but I was a single mother so I know what is is to raise a child on your own. Fortunately, my granddaughter has both parents and a brother and sister to see her along life's path. hugs. Janece

What an amazing and thoughtful review. You have started out my day with a smile (and that's not just the coffee talking)! I know my own daughter describes me as quirky but she admits that she is too! Ha ha! It is great to inform, protest, and reflect in poetry but that funny bone is SO IMPORTANT. We got to keep laughing! Thanks for the lovely input here!

AT LAST I CAN REPLY! I kept opening here & there was NO REPLY BOX except for MICHAEL'S. Oddest glitch ever! They all ran into each other. They got it fixed! THANK YOU CONNIE for reading this silly Tanka. I do have a funny bone as in "Redonculous Demands." I write the serious & then something will tickle me and I just must play! I will be reading more of yours (and several others) but I'm due to be gone from Wednesday through the weekend to SF. Once I return...I will be reading! I'm looking forward to this!

I feel a sneeze coming on! I just get silly Joseph after serious physics and astronomy stuff. After myths and sonnets and structure...one must just let go (and I can (much to the chagrin of my family).
