Well, an overactive brain can wreck havoc on the joy Of the moment. I experience that also…I have to Telll my brain” thank you for sharing” and move on! Otherwise, I become a slave to it. That is no fun and it’s meaningless! And then? Unable to live in the nonent! Arg! Huggs, Pangie

Love that word, equilibrium! Says so much. Senryu writing is all about using those TNT words that explode off the page full of meaning and emotion. For me, life is all about balance - equilibrium of mind, soul, spirit, and body; making sure each one is stimulated and rested in proper sustainable balance. Exigency is another wonderful $100 word. Amazing, I got two E’s in one day…from you, the other from Joe! Without balance, stress occurs. I know that path all too well! You mentioned, “soul”. That is the heart of the matter. A soul not at ease, cannot experience peace. Peace does not originate in the UN nor in getting our heads afloat in the madness of national or international affairs.
