enigmatic moon

enigmatic moon
mysterious orb of night
magnetic power
awakens love with its beams
but its dark side seldom seen

harvest moon aglow 
golden beacon for lovers
whispered dreams unfold
romantic promises told
in moments sealed with a kiss

moonlight casts shadows
on october's halloween 
of witches in flight
ghosts and goblins all about
on a spooky, scary night
