Laugh ~   burdens will become half
Frown ~   more muscles bring you down
Cry  ~   sorrows flow from your eyes
Smile ~   adds beauty to your style
Stare ~   you're surprised unaware
Hug ~  warm love to keep you snug

Dear Jo, I like this so much. Good reminders. I might print it off and put it on my fridge to read each morning as I sit with my coffee. To me, it is a pretty, sweet, kind and true poem. I agree with Deb, it is a "feel good" write. It is so very clever.

These simple looking lines, are so well crafted Jo, and quite complex to put together, they show your skill as a versatile poet, love this one, cheers David
