Embracing the Inevitable
In autumn's breath, leaves fall, life's fading sight,
Ephemeral blooms succumb to endless night.
Death's grip extends, unyielding and severe,
Bound by its grasp, we all must face our plight.
Time's ceaseless flow, a river's steady race,
Each fleeting moment brings us closer to embrace.
Mortality's shroud, a truth we can't evade,
Inevitable fate, where all must find their place.
From cradle to grave, life's fragile thread is spun,
No choice but to walk the path that fate has begun.
In death's cold grip, our earthly dreams unwind,
A solemn reminder that life's race is done.
Yet in the stillness of eternity's embrace,
The legacy we leave, a glimpse of timeless grace.
Though death may claim our bodies' fragile form,
Our spirit lingers on, in memories we trace.
