Elfin Faced Boy
I think back to the days
Of that elfin faced boy
Sweet , funny and a little coy
Like a brother to mine
A second son
Lasting memories
Of good times and fun
Two boys playing
Innocent and carefree
Full of life and promise
For who they will be
From boys to men
Decent and strong
Finding their place
Where they belong
The elfin faced boy
Now has a child of his own
To love and protect
Until he has grown
He now has a beautiful boy
His reason everyday
Forever to teach and guide him
To help him find his way
Your child’s life will be wonderful
Full of happiness and joy
A good man he will become
Being raised by the elfin faced boy!
