Gorgeous haiku, i love the imagery you’ve painted here with such descriptive diction. Especially love the first line. Im more of a sunset person but this haiku makes me appreciate sunrise too. Loved this

Why, thank you, IE. I like both sunrises and sunsets but seeing sunsets here is a little harder. The sunrise reminds me of the promise of a day ahead to do what needs to be done and sunsets set the tone for a lovely night and the promise a rest. Sara
