Dying To Live - Greed

He had one goal, the "American dream" paradigm.
Giving his wife and kids everything but his time.
Working more and more to reach his perceived level of contentments.
He died alone, suffocating neath the weight of his "accomplishments."

I know a few of those "workaholics" and have never understood that mentality... There are much more important things in life than corporate goals and money... Keep up the great writing, my friend!

Thomas, I find this funny and accurate. You make a good case that sacrificing family for material gain leads to disappointment and misery. Thanks for your comment on my page.

Hi Flo:) You have ably shown that money isn't everything in life, and sacrificing family in return for greed could only lead to ruin and unhappiness. ~ Warm regards dear friend; so pleased to have you back :) // paul
