Dump the Drunk

Slam goes the door he is home Kaplunk he sinks on sofa alone Drunk driving again no doubt hiccup so loud Dinner is ready I churp how was your day at work? Awful they’re oozing my very life outta me It’s their fault I need a gulp to get relief Won’t you come to the table and nibble Honey I don’t want food lets not quibble Fine drink your life away slurp Crash goes a dinner plate burp I don’t want to fight but wack Never give me a tongue thrash How dare you give me a slap I am leaving you that is a wrap.

A problem worldwide. It’s far from a moral issue. It’s a physical addiction, like cocaine. MDs, lawyers. Performers are recovered alcoholics. I have experienced your pain. Dumping someone you love is not that simple. There are co-alcoholics. And have seen couples get better. Far from an easy road. Murderers get loved. Alcoholics? No.many Would prefer them dead. My best to you, Panagiota xx

She needs to leave really fast. It will just get worse and worse. I had a grandma (my stepdad's mom) who went through this and it was so sad to see when we went there to visit!

Men seem to be innately irresponsible with a knack for pointing the blame elsewhere. . . Always best to leave the FIRST time a man becomes violent! (the captcha code is ATA as in "Ata girl!")

In addition to the general theme, I really like the use of onomatepoeia (sp?) throughout. Good, Karen.
