Dual Pleasure

Lonely hearts are filled with emotions, sorting fragile feelings to embrace. And as two souls intertwine in dream, their destinies merge and interlace. Love is candy treats and satin sheets when reality is a mirage. And heavenly bliss describes each kiss as eager lips pamper and massage. Time loses all desire to move on, held hostage by magic, love imparts. And the moon inspires lingering sighs, igniting passion in tinder hearts. Shy smiles oft erupt into laughter, refreshing as a sprinkle of rain. And hope roots in this garden of joy, as trust weeds out all traces of pain. Life's a collage of precious moments, where every second is a treasure. And as racing pluses synchronize, they culminate in dual pleasure. (Quatrain) 4/26/2016

So many lovely pairings in this poem, providing just cause to intermit my read, reflect and then to marvel. Couldn't improve upon your final two lines but equally enjoyed "as destinies merge and interlace." Noticed your cogent response to one of Andrea's poems and just had to read some of your work.
