Dry the Tears In Your Eyes
D-ry the tears in your eyes,
A-s the dawn starts to break;
N-ew morn makes a promise,
I-t will take away the ache.
C-ry not a river of tears, for the light begins to shine;
A-llow your heart to heal, and let your life feel fine.
F-ill your mind with comfort,
L-et your soul search for mirth;
O-ctober fourteenth morn
R-eminds me of your birth.
E-xpect the beacon will burn, as the sun starts to rise;
S-mile away the sorrow, dry the tears in your eyes.
