Candied dreams, burning away the twilight Sandcastle memories, taken By the softest glow of a Southern moon, Coloring the thoughts in reflections of sincerest Beauty, rising like the breathless winds Roaring through the pines, whispering sighs, Risking moments bought by silence, Still, clever wishes, like dew Refreshing the song of mourning prayers, Desperate to abide by the words Sincere and serene, like the flow of light Softly playing on the ridges, Coloring life in gentle feelings, Assuring hearts that wherever they breathe, Most assuredly, there is love that steals a chance To hope, to dream, to believe… Amber grace settles on the life Who is sincere, who truly cares, who gives Back to the war between night and day, The battle between hope and despair, The struggle between right and wrong, The conflict between peace and chaos, The fight between the poem and the song… Listen to the tears, flowing Nourishing the seeds of a garden Planted by faith And watered by grace, Fed by the prayers that never let go of the chance To say yes to the varnished lives Dreams without alibis, Dreams who never die, Dreams who carry the soul a light, Dancing with the gentlest fireflies, Praying for the light to never go away, Praying for the night to always display Reflections of the glistening joy Always knowing… The dream is alive, like a fire inside, Ignited by His light, Shining hope throughout all time, Reminding souls to hear the creativity, On the seas that bring hearts truth, On the muse who sees right through The endless need for a new tune, The music that obeys the heart with assurance That wherever God burns away the dust, There is a lustrous light, freeing the dawn Silencing the shadows, Promising the soul that her purpose Is found in the music who plays softly While each soft dewdrop bleeds kindness Into a world of darkness, Over a heart who grieves quietly For the joy of knowing His light is shining, Eternally, through the life whose afire With that dream that only God Himself could inspire, The dream that makes hearts tremble, The dream that is alive because we remember The love that breathes life through each whisper, The love that is alive inside the soul who follows Him, Our Redeemer, our Protector, our Savior… The Creator of every dream the heart can conceive, Every dream that agrees… His love is better than our best dream His love is the reason we see through the shallow suspicions, Glimpsing the peace that agrees – He is all we’ll ever need He is the stirring of a soul, the making of a heart who knows Life is meant to be lived for the King who we sing… With each dream, each hope, each tear and each joy, This King reigns so we can know the wonder of a love That flows past midnight, into the morning, Where all dreams are formed, where all hopes are born, Where the light reassures us that His love goes on and on… His kindness quiets each storm – His grace decides What to write, what to form From the heart who basks in His gentle love!

Life is meant to be lived for the King who we sing indeed. And his peace surpasses all understanding, indeed.
