Dreamers
We were dreamers then
Never realizing all is tied together
The fables, the stories, the hopes, the dreams
All one-
Waiting for us to believe the impossible
To dream once again…
Chase rainbows, cross-seas, challenge windmills, touch the sky
Climb life’s mountains --
As one summit is attained,
Dare to dream again--
Joyfully sharing thoughts, hopes, fantasies
With those who have lost their way--
Help them listen to the universe sing
Open their hearts, their minds, to its song
Creating new symphonies for patient Earth…
