Dream Lover

Dream Lover

In Nightly dreams
he comes to me
and I drink him in
with every sense that I own.
My flesh,
wanton and ripe, awaits his touch.
For where he lays his tender hands
flowers bloom
and he leaves a trail of beauty in his wake.
Embraced by his heat
I cry out my need,
and he takes me
and loves me
until we become a single burning flame
and I am branded.
His, forever.

In daily visions
he haunts me
and I long for him
with all that I am.
My flesh,
aching, awaits his touch
for I bloom beneath his loving hands
and he makes me beautiful.

I long for sleep...

Wow, this is hot! Great write full of tender passion and romance. I love the lines "For where he lays his tender hands...flowers bloom...and he leaves a trail of beauty in his wake." Brilliant. And it touches me because I empathise deeply (with gender reversed LOL). I hope your dreams are realised. Love, Nigel
