Dream and Wake
close my eyes
here are the dreams
happiness runs through me
I see a face
one that races through my every thought
in my dreams I hold you close
I have everything I need
and it's in my arms
I fight the morning
those waking hours
when you can not be here
you are not in my arms
the dreams they hold my one true wish
to have you with me
our lives entwined
through the distance I send my love
and in my sleep the distance disappears
you are my love
the one i miss through all the day
