Double Vision

No one really knows
What a blessing sight is.
Sight never really shows
On the outside.
You would not look at me
And think to yourself
What do you see?
When you are on the outside
Looking inside.
But when you look with my eyes
The world is standing
Side by side.
Which image is real?
How can I tell?
When I cannot see
Through the lies.
Prisims are such a little thing
To you, but seem to me
A giant blessing.
Now I see
Clarity.

That is what it's all about at the end of the day. Not just what you see, but understanding it. Accepting it. Wonderful!

Absolute beauty! Vision makes us to analyze things and this comparision between what we look and reality is perplexing.Well this analysis makes the things around so beutiful.... .. . . Like am linking up so many things with these words of yours

Heather, interesting analogy of how we see things from the inside out or the outside in. Very creative and thoughful :)
