Double Minded Man
Every day...
In the same breath you take
You cut me down.. to the core
Also saying
I'm the one.. you love and adore
Double minded man...
One who can't make up his mind
Whether to walk in love
Or walk in hateful blind
You like to embarrass me
When others are around
But when we're alone
You say.. didn't mean how it sounds
You like to control
Order me around
Yelling.. screaming
Awful things.. calling names
But.. Day after day
I would pray..
That someday
Your eyes will be enlightened
For tis... now it's time
For me to go away
Instead of living
My days always fighting
I wasn't put on this earth
To be told every day
How much I'm not worth
Or Live in misery..
I was put on this earth
To spend my time of life
Living each moment
Worshipping Christ
To spread God's Divine Word
Being a witness for Him
so all others.. might become born-again
receive eternal life
Before the day of our lord
We all should pray
For all the awful words
We each displayed
Asking for forgiveness
On each one of our words
For we shall be judged
Accordly.. to each word
This happens to many..
Within this world...
Tis either the man or be woman
One always wants to dominate the other
But as should be
Man and Woman...
Should Walk side by side
Hand and hand
Treat each other Always
with Respect... Compassion.. Tenderheartedly
Loving care.. Never Lie... always be Truthful and Fare
~Always do What Jesus would do~
