Don'T Get Too Busy
There are times in our lives
when we get caught up in the
Busyness of the day and some
Things we mean to do get pushed
out of the way
But that's no excuse when
feelings get hurt
The busyness of life should
Never come first
You see I speak from experience
I've gotten busy with the
Busyness of life hurt someone dear
And brought about to strife
We don't mean to do it
It just happens that way
And if we don't catch it
The cords of family and friendship
Start to fray
Don't be like me don't get too busy
Nothing is more important than
Family and friends
If you slow down now and get
focused Again
In time the frayed cords
of family and friendship will mend
