give priority to veggies . . . weight will drop right off June 24, 2018 For Maureen McGreavy's MagiCicada 13 - Body and Mind Poetry Contest All my life I struggled with counting calories, different diets, etc. When I stopped stressing and just emphasized in my life consuming more salads & other veggies, particularly at dinner time, I got much better results! My tip for those interested!

This is true, a positive approach to any problem is far more successful than the usual negative way we as humans respond. Good Advice. Wishing you much success !

Veggies are everything and once physically active...you're in the business...then can occasionally indulge in your favorites...Nice recommendation

Ahh, you have given a great advise to everyone, my mother tries this method for a long while but never really lose her weight, so in the end she just give up, lol, she thinks that even cow eats leaves yet they are fat, so there is no point, what i believe is that life is too short to worrt about these things, enjoy it to it's fullest, eat whatever your heart desires, and have no worries,

It's sad it did not work for her, but also she needed to be eating good protein as well. Was she not active? Maybe she had glandular problems!!

Very true Andrea, veggies rule! You can make them tasty with herbs and dressings as long as you don't go overboard. Shrimp is another low cal food that helps to give you protein and goes well with veggies. : )
