do something playful every day

No matter what else, do something playful every day This advice I received from an old woman, May She has lived one hundred and six years, so she probably knows Dance until you are exhausted, give exercise to your toes. Blow bubbles, stand outside and challenge the wind. Make no enemies if you can, bring them in as a friend. But play, and I mean until you laugh and cannot even stop. Enjoy yourself daily, until bedtime when you are tired and drop.
