Divinity's Prayer

When the dawn of my youth aspires to the heights of conceited time then will I know the revelation of my sadness for Winters nights have come and gone and still the celibacy of my sin lingers in the ever-present throes of my mind- Hast not chaste divinity been my vagrant friend and nearer to me than the rain-kissed roses of prose and summer nights but deaths dishonor befalls angels only once and shadows disdained are reawakened with a single prayer- So give to the night her silence and to the day thy smiles but give to life her beauty things relevant and most worthwhile-
