Distant Shores - Rhyming Wave Poetry
I wait, on a far distant shore
a distant, distant, distant shore
hopes dependent on flames that soar
hopes my rescue they'll aid
Or the S O S will me save,
hope will me, will me, will me save!
l see a ship it flashed a wave
I could not ask for more!
It was a ship, a ship of war,
A ship of, ship of, ship of war!
They saw my flame and came ashore.
Rescued, I wait no more!
I wait, on a far distant shore.
Rescued I wait no more!
