Dissolving by M. Griswold 04282020 I don't understand her. She doesn't understand me. Without understanding how can love be. I want to show passion. She laughs at me. I want to be close but she pushes away. I want to love her fully. She shuns me completely. Who is this woman whom I love whole heartedly? I am confused in my commitment. She is steadfast in herself only. How is it possible to stay involved when a relationship has all but dissolved.

A very realistic portrayal of a relationship on the rocks, Mitchell. Great poem, and nice rhyming. :)
