Dwelling In the arches Of dark corners that reach The entombment of my stale mind, Frozen In time; Freshly scarred by Unfulfilled musings led By stoic apathy singing Tunes of Friction, Fluctuating Amidst piercing thistles, And crucifying vines flooding My core.

Your chain of cinquains flow so effortlessly and seamlessly! Absolutely loved reading this very heartfelt and poignant write! So much depth in your lines especially the last two one’s really stood out for me as they speak volumes. “ freshly scarred by unfulfilled musings” and also “ fluctuating amidst piercing thistles” “ crucifying vines” soul hitting expressions woven so metaphorically!
