Disconnect
Sometimes you want to drop to the floor
Rolled up into a ball
Drowning in a river of tears
To many emotional fears
A warrier of time
You have lost your shield
Your mind goes on and on
When will it subside
You scream You scream
The walls close upon you
The ceiling falls in
To feel no light
What did you do wrong
You can not feel
You are nomore
A numbness that drives you
An song with no sound
A mind with no thought
The birds sing
The sky is still high
The ground is still dust
But a life that is just
But not for you and I
A deceiver in disguise
An act that has nomore stage
A love like a maze
That is lost on each gaze
What way to go
Which road do we select
Now we disconnect....
