I FOUND THIS LURKING IN MY FILE - THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE IT WITH YOU - IT WAS BASED ON THE FIRST POEM I WROTE WITH DARREN WATSON CALLED 'OUR FIRST MEETING ON THE ISLE OF MAN'

Fran said to her milkman one day Do you fancy a roll in the hay Much to his chagrin Fran asked 'is it in?' You’re not quite as big as folk say! 10th February 2015

Darren was my on line writing partner until he got sick last year - this was written some time after our first poem together called 'our fist meeting on the Isle of man' - Darren and I have never met lol:-) Hugs Jan xx

LOL! Ain't you a good limerick gal, Jan my friend...I almost choked on my breakfast while reading this! Someone should think of a contest for limericks with same topic, bet this one'll be a shoo in. A 7. More guffaws from the land of thousand isles...Kim :)

Arlene although we have never met Darren and I had the most amazing friendship until he sadly became ill - not only did we write together with barely a word changed in 30 poems with Jadazzle United but our mails flew like Concorde - and the humour never stopped - he is my poetry soup soul mate and I miss him oh so much:-( When I have any news I will let you know:-) Hugs Jan xxx

There is no time frame to write poetry Shane - it takes time to collaborate - This was written sometime last year - I found it in my archive poetry folder and it made me laugh so i thought I would post it:-) As I say I never ditch a poem simply file it away and maybe use some time in the future Hugs Jan xx
