Hi Gershon almost three years ago now when we sold our family home, which had been in the family for 60 years, and we moved into a safe protected estate, I nearly had a nervous break down and cried for weeks We downsized everything we owned by at least, or probably more, than 50%, I lost 7 kilos, which I had been trying to do for years, I came right eventually, but now control what I eat, and have maintained the weight that I forever wanted. Hi Gershon, Loved the poem... I had a friend was on a diet one time. She would eat all the rich foods, high in calories, but of course she'd have her Diet Cola. When she gained weight, she'd always blame the Cola for her weight gain. Good Write ~ Debbie
