Diagonal

If I knew what it was all about, I would not have to shout. If I knew what it was all about, I wouldn’t have taken that boat. If I knew what it was all about, I wouldn’t have to travel the world to whallah in the dirt and come back here boxing bread out of your mouth. I had a dream that was so pristine, one that is filled with kindness, love, compassion and happiness; I have a special gift too that is more profound than me and you, it can be traced back to the twelfth century when women were looked upon with scorn and had to marry secretly before the break of dawn. They couldn’t whistle to the crowd or rock to the boat in the town; they wore their dress sweeping on the ground with their stomach protruded and their bosom greeting the crown. They were ridicule before grown men and sometimes became a fool over their obsession of heavens, they cook and clean for ungrateful men and the furthest they could go was to the door post and straight inside the house. But now things have changed, and here I am waiting at the gate with a horse and whip, a female jockey sitting on the saddle, and so the table has turned and man will have to feel the burn and by the sweat of his brow he shall eat bread. If I knew what it was all about, I would have married that wealthy white man from south Africa and live like a queen and have my private chamber, with thirteen maidens around me to tend to my fantasies, to prepare my daily meal and appease my zeal. They would wash my body in the tub and massage my body with natural herbs and spices. They would provide the perfect entertainment for me, and when my King arrives, they will entertain him with much delight. We will go horseback riding and on weekend go wolf hunting. We would spend some time in the wood listening to stories of how the west was won and when the journey began. We would laugh at silly things and let our emotion ride with the wind and when evening comes we will ride back to the castle together and have supper with maidens. If you know what it is all about, tell me which team you want to support. let me know which side you are on and the team that must have the upper hand to liberate the women from the land. Some people are free but they are not free, they are walking around with chains on their knees. If you play the card right, your performance will liberate some women bound to the dragon in the sea. So, send a message to the pit-bull that all women are free. If I knew what it was all about, I would shout for joy.
