Determination

hunch in me, foresees flames, allow me to strap tight my fears, there I must reach, regardless. This bridge keeping my legs intact starts to collapse, either way I get burnt or I crush. This jungle before me requires me to man up, though I penetrate unarmed, for my own mental sanity, meeting the unexpected is inevitable... I'd die battling toe to nail, until the last pulse dies off in my heart before those beasts and fowls, feast on me. To the edge of this paramount challenge, is my inevitable destination,.. no gentleness to expect, for no journey of mine, has ever been dished on a silver platter, in this I go, though I'm not the fittest, my survival lies only in me... through this lifetime, crossed so many dens, fought so many battles, some with last dime in strength but still I fought through. Scars both tattooed on my soul and mind, so hard I couldn't traumattise the public too, for the battles were my battles to fight, some so devastating, I bear evidence in the tilted soul my body captures... Sometimes I wished, I had a twin to eliviate my burdens, for the load been way to heavy, for this sketch I'm nailed on to lift any further... Its been long, since I have been in this struggle, bad no rules applys, maybe the least like us would have been fended by them... With me, there's no much to offer nor to fend myself with.., victory or no victory, already I'm half way in, could smell fear through my nostrils, my foot steps in shivers, could feel my flesh shrinking,,, who ever said there are rules in war , has not stepped on these streets I'm battling on.., I mean, how difficult is it to love, I'm just a kid trying to find love not war but this world is too hostile to grant so little wishes, hope Gods ears catches a glimpse to my short prayer. #Poetic_Ink
