Depths of Young Souls

The Depths Of Young Souls If we look into the depths of our soul, What do we see? We see a picture of who we really want to be. The ways of the world will make us cold, So our life will never be told. We must look past the depths of this land, And reach out and hold a child’s hand. For they are the breath we breathe, Yes that little one used to be me. They are the future you see. We need the light of love, shining through these little souls sent from above. Don’t hide from the pain inside, let the Love help it subside. We need to find peace in this world you see. So our children can live free, fulfilling their destiny. Don’t let humanity take them down, teach them God is all around. We need to let their voices be heard, Each and every word. Listen close and you will see what their young souls are yearning to be.
