Depression Someone Cares

To all depressed souls out there
For I am one myself I feel your despairer
Take heart your not alone
Trapped in a darkened zone
God s a rock cling to him tight
Read his word and pray both day and night
To guide you through the darkness into the light
You may feel it's a hopeless task
But please try
With all my heart
I ask you to speak to someone
But know this
Someone cares and is always there
For you.

Some people think we can just snap out of it if only it was that easy We may have a will to get better, but don't know who to turn to, we need someone to show us how. I have found NLP helped me. it's important to talk to a Doctor or someone, And ask God to help you. help can come in many surprising ways. Thank you. my best wishes. Pete.

Peter Dome August 15, 2014 at 8:25 AM So true friend, The trouble is we get that wrapped up in our pain. we can't think or act clearly. everything is dark. Sometimes you get that bad. you can't talk or see anyone, you just go to bed. but people should know. that God is always their to listen, ask for help. It's heartbreaking to know. that so many people suffer. but their not alone, it's more common than people think. thank you so much best wishes. Pete.
