Deepest and Wisest Vocations
Real estate buying and selling businesses,
professionalized,
specialized
competitive capitalist agency
Began with commercial
corporate relocations
and quickly spread
to domestic competitions
to sell high
and buy low.
Highest and best competitive use
has become an industry maxim
for facilitating transactions
of human housing habitats--
less concerned than another time
for humane home sacred ecohabitats.
How would real property look and sound,
touch and feel,
smell and taste
healthier and wealthier
if we were to reconsider this maxim?

and multigenerationally mediates
deepest and most robust
cooperative occupancy!
ego/eco polypathic presence!
cooperative economic awareness!
active democratic political consciousness!
For me,
this reweaving of cooperative win/win facilitation,
leadership through nonviolent listening
to clients,
potential clients,
future cooperative ownership
immigrants and emigrants,
Speaks to and with green new deal
cooperative housing mediation,
restorative justice communication
to foster healthier,
more robust,
resonant,
resilient communities
Of multicultural
multigenerational
regenerational trust,
care giving and receiving,
democratic prosperity
and economically resilient well-being,
rooted in our indigenous tribal memories
and flowering as our future cooperative housing
and healthiest environmental communion habitat
co-occupational
bilateral health/wealth
ego/eco-conscious balance,
natural rhythms,
spiritual patterns of healthy seasons,
climates,
internal and external
habitats of self/other-optimizing
resizing
downsizing climate risk,
by upsizing cooperative health opportunities.
