Contest-Old Christmas Poem...Sponsor Constance La France- 11/25/22
Nothing is more precious than the smile on a child's face at Christmas...poet In the window of Winter I see December snow and the days I remember of Christmas long ago where presents were laid beneath a scented pine tree adorned like a jewel with colored lights all aglow where Santa was real with a sleigh that could fly pulled by his reindeer through a bright star-lit sky As I look through the window a tear starts to flow For Christmas, I remember and the deep December snow How happy the children the joy that they held especially the smiles With each present, they'd grow through the window of Winter with its frosted dayglow I remember the Christmas and the deep December snow
