d e a t h came . . . like a thief and took my love I kissed his stone cold lips his beautiful face frozen in time the place where his heart once beat all was still oh, I wanted to scream and wail w h y . . . in the mists of your eyes I fall into a restless dream twirling and swirling ~ then, I am walking among headstones I know the way well and find myself standing at your grave the roses I brought yesterday lay dead and withered~ I feel the heat of your heartbeat as gauzy clouds sweep us away . . . to where the sky drifts into the sea and I am lost in your love my ruby lips find yours you are whispering into my ear I will love you for a thousand years and more ~ and we are drifting on the aqua sea vast and endless . . . but the dream fades~ and I whisper tears falling oh, fear not my l o v e I will find you beyond the stars death's knife cannot destroy this love for the vow and bond between us is eternal ~
