Death Sentence

A death sentence I have been given.. A man wearing a white labcoat.. A doctor if you will.. Sitting on a chair In his office.. With eyes positioned low.. Chin facing down.. Gives me a death sentence.. Says with voice cracking.. I am sorry.. Terminal disease you have.. No cure.. In a matter of a few months .. You will die... Pure shock engulfs me.. My heart racing Sweaty palms Sweating profusely .. Body shaking.. trembling uncontrollably.. Knees feeling weak.. In complete disbelief.. Speechless I am.. In every which way.. I cannot respond.. I don't understand.. How? why me? Nightmarish it is.. Soon this nightmare will end I shall awaken from my deep slumber.. Realization occurs.. Not my reality.. Lips shaking uncontrollably.. Desperately I try to respond.. A man has given me a death sentence While wearing a white labcoat.. No human being shall know my future.. How can he predict my death? Extraordinary life.. Of delight.. filled with abundance.. My life is not in his hands.. I .. The Creator can determine my life.. Consequences.. My future.. My life.. Not in this man's predictions.. Medical testing.. determines his predictions.. I confess.. I shall not accept.. I shall stand tall.. I will cease to accept a death sentence.. A prediction from this man.. Endurance.. Strength... Resilient I am.. I shall embrace a sentence.. A sentence to life..

Whoever this is about has my prayers, and it had better not be you, but if it is, you are right. We embrace a sentence for life; for the soul can do nothing but live. Powerfully profound, and wonderful, Robertina.
